DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE:

Mr. Rickles’ practice emphasizes estate planning (including estate and gift taxation), probate administration, estate and trust administration of taxable estates, guardianships and conservatorships, and elder law. In addition, Mr. Rickles represents clients in a wide range of business and real estate transactions, including forming business organizations (corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies), buying and selling businesses, and the purchase, sale and financing of all types of residential and commercial real estate.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Mr. Rickles is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Multnomah Bar Association. He is a member of the Estate Planning and Administration, Business and Corporate Law, Real Estate and Land Use and Elder Law Sections of the Oregon State Bar. Mr. Rickles serves as and appointed arbitrator on the Multnomah County Circuit Court panel.
