DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE:
Mr. Dean's practice concentrates on general civil litigation in the areas of
personal injury law, professional liability litigation, construction law, employment
law and general commercial litigation

Kalamazoo College, Bachelor of Arts cum laude, 1978;
Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, Juris Doctor,
1981
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Since he started practicing law in 1981, Mr. Dean has been an active
member of the Multnomah County Bar Association, American Bar Association,
Oregon State Bar, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and The Association
of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. Dean is also currently a Chairperson of the Oregon State Bar
Quality of Life Committee.
Mr. Dean is a former member of the Oregon State Bar Federal Practice
and Procedures Committee.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
Mr. Dean is currently Chairman of the City of West Linn Gateway
Committee and Vice Chair of the City of West Linn Utility Advisory
Board.
Mr. Dean is both a present and past board member of several nonprofit
organizations.
